He began his career at Regency Partners before moving overseas, working with multinational organisations across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Australia.
His sector experience includes technology, legal, insurance, entertainment, travel, and health tech. Hamish’s specialist areas include scalable financial structures, cash‑flow and runway management, financial performance improvement, capital raises, acquisitions, investor and board reporting, and accessing R&D incentives and government grants.
After more than seven years in Financial Controller roles, Hamish has returned to Regency Partners with a strong blend of technical capability and commercial insight. He works closely with founders, boards, and leadership teams to support growth, long‑term planning, and confident decision‑making as businesses scale, improve performance, or prepare for exit.
